Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3 weeks for production before shipping. Made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and require additional time to ensure the highest quality. Once your item is ready, standard shipping times apply (5-7 business days).
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. This ensures secure delivery and allows for signature confirmation on valuable items.
How do I know if an item is made-to-order?
Made-to-order items are clearly marked on the product page with estimated production timeframes. You'll also receive an email confirmation with expected delivery dates after placing your order.
Can I expedite made-to-order items?
While we cannot rush the production process to maintain our quality standards, you can select expedited shipping for faster delivery once the item is completed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. For made-to-order items, we'll send updates on production status.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Every Cent A Sanctuary Donation
Why does my checkout show more items than I added?
When you choose to add the Every Cent A Sanctuary donation at checkout, it appears as a separate line item in your cart. This means if you're purchasing 2 products and opt to round up for charity, your cart will show 3 items total - your 2 products plus the donation.
Is this normal?
Yes! This is how our donation program works. When you check the "Round up for charity" box, you're adding a small donation to your order. It appears as its own item so you can see exactly where your contribution is going.
Does the item count affect my total?
Not at all. You're only charged for:
- Your products at their regular prices
- The small round-up donation (usually between $0.50-$0.99)
- Shipping and applicable taxes
Your total price is always accurate, and you can remove the donation at any time before completing your purchase.
What is Every Cent A Sanctuary?
